Intuit seeks an on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver tax preparation services and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses. You will serve clients in person and virtually, bridging between clients and a broad team of specialists for comprehensive financial support.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and use Intuit tools to provide tailored tax strategies. The role emphasizes customer-centric support, integrity, and local market engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns
• Willing to upskill into other services with in-house training
• Onsite work 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniform
• Interest in building a local and online social presence
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Build and grow a local client base through community outreach
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to address client needs
