Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, absorb full client contexts, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized guidance, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes while aligning with Intuit’s resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license and PTIN active are required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ returns.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
