Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You’ll be embedded in a team of specialists and help connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while expanding local client relationships.

Role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, a strong customer focus, and ongoing training to upskill across Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to train into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• onsite presence 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to expand services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
