Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide expert tax preparation and personalized service at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering tax advice, planning, and software support, while growing the local client base and collaborating with a network ofIntuit experts.

You will be the trusted guide for complete financial pictures, coordinating with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and helping customers achieve lifetime

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping or payroll with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Complete all required training and development.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and allow name usage for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem like bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
