Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energized individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide on-site tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and become the trusted guide for clients’ complete financial picture throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial picture to connect them with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships through ongoing client engagement and personalized service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools.
