Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site, full-service tax preparation and expert tax guidance while acting as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support, ensuring each client's financial picture is understood and optimized year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for holistic client support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and long-term client relationships.
