Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a nearby TurboTax location. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll build relationships in your local community, grow the TurboTax client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience through in-person and virtual interactions, with a 20-hour minimum weekly

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes and 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• EA, CPA or practicing attorney credentials preferred or required.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Willing to complete required training, including compliance and product training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base and fostering referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences with cross‑team collaboration.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
