Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences. You will grow the local client base, host community events, and help clients achieve financial goals, whether filing simple W-2s or more complex tax scenarios, while using TurboTax tools and marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week within specified hours.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on long-term relationships.
