Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will deliver in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships with the community.

You will be a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to provide personalized, clear tax guidance and a positive customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips/resources per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust to develop multi-year relationships.
