Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing your local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with the community, leverage marketing support, and build long-term relationships.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
