Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and expanding TurboTax’s presence in your community. The role emphasizes an on-site, face-to-face customer experience, handling simple to complex tax scenarios and collaborating with marketing to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work on-site at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and tax planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in-person and via Intuit tools.
