Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, helping customers navigate their tax needs.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community through outreach and marketing efforts, building long-term relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building long-term relationships and leveraging Intuit tools and resources.
