Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing TurboTax’s local client base and building lasting relationships within the community. The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, customer service excellence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Able to work onsite at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willingness to build local social presence and content related to taxes in line with policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a trusted advisor and community face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Assist with deductions, planning, and tax reviews to maximize refunds and future planning.
