Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, becoming a trusted advisor while growing the local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, face-to-face service, and the ability to explain tax concepts in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers from simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine customer care.
• Lead local marketing efforts with support from TurboTax to grow the client base and nurture long-term relationships.
