Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building relationships in the local community.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their taxes and leveraging marketing support to attract new customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert into long-term clients.

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and assist customers with returns on-site.
