Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for in-person customers, while building your local client base and community presence.

You will leverage tax expertise to optimize deductions and refunds, deliver clear explanations, and help customers navigate tax planning.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with tax software and Circular 230 guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
