Qualifications

• Onsite availability at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.
• Licensed tax professionals with strong knowledge of tax law and preparation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail tax environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build local client relationships.
