Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individual and business clients in a collaborative team setting. You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, foster long-term relationships, and leverage Intuit tools and marketing support to deliver end-to-end tax services and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to offer bundled services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools.
