Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work with clients in person, and virtually, to understand their financial picture and connect them with Intuit services across the ecosystem.

Role emphasizes community growth, long-term relationships, and a strong customer experience. Requires onsite availability, PTIN, and credentials like EA/CPA/Attorney, with potential for expanded service

Qualificações

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
