Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and access to Intuit’s ecosystem for year-round support.

You will build relationships, drive local growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while engaging with the community through events and partnerships. Roles require onsite presence and a strong tax background.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite TurboTax office presence; 20+ hours/week; availability during tax season.
• Willingness to complete training and adhere to program requirements.
• Willingness to wear provided uniform and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
