Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, from simple W‑2 filings to complex scenarios, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite in a TurboTax office; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists for business, bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
