Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking qualified TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, from simple W-2 filings to complex returns, while building long-term client relationships. As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base and leverage Intuit marketing tools to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with tax preparation knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
