Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite in a TurboTax location, handling tax preparation and client advisory as part of a collaborative team. You will help clients navigate personal and business tax situations and connect them with Intuit services.

This role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and seamless end-to-end service with support from TurboTax marketing and resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax return filings (personal and business) using professional software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to address client needs in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
