Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support software products while building lasting relationships in your local community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires at least 20 hours per week, weekend availability, and a passion for helping customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador and trusted advisor.
