Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, advice, and software support while engaging with local communities to grow the client base. As a trusted advisor, you will empower customers with a clear understanding of their tax needs, working 20+ hours per week, including weekends, in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax planning and deductions optimization for individuals and small businesses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client relationships.
