Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to help clients navigate complex tax situations.

You will also grow the local client base, build trusted relationships, and deliver outstanding service while working onsite up to 20 hours per week, including weekends, in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/season) using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships in the community.
