Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, help customers navigate tax scenarios, and build local client relationships via community outreach.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service, marketing support, and a proactive local presence within the community, with benefits including retirement savings and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and be able to obtain state licenses as needed.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns in a season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law is preferred.
• Availability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong customer communication required.

Responsibilities

• Be an on-site community ambassador for TurboTax at a retail location.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build local relationships.
