Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts, working on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate their tax needs and build lasting relationships.

This role is non-exempt, onsite, and requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local relationships.
• Assist in local marketing and community outreach.
• Utilize government resources and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
