Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work onsite with a team of financial professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and you will collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base, establish relationships within the community, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to drive client

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist clients with comprehensive tax planning and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and represent Intuit in the community.
