Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering full-service tax return prep and expert tax advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments and tax planning.
• Act as local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
