Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.

You’ll grow the local client base with the support of TurboTax marketing tools and collaborate with tax and advisory teams to address complex scenarios while delivering outstanding service

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for end-to-end client solutions.
• Represent TurboTax and Intuit in community engagements and customer meetings.
