Job summary

Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving client growth within the community.

This role emphasizes end-to-end client service, collaboration with specialists, and a trusted, personal touch to help clients navigate complex tax situations and achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law for filing taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end tax services by coordinating with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
