Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support clients with complex scenarios while collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping and payroll. This role emphasizes building local relationships, community outreach, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience through in‑person and video interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete training and wear uniforms; option to build local/community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with in-person and video interactions.
• Collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios.
