Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and support software tools to help clients navigate complex filings while building local relationships.

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credentials preferred; active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Training and compliance requirements are mandatory; uniforms and name use for advertising may be required.
• Interest in building local social presence and community presence; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with coordinated Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, addressing inquiries and explaining tax solutions clearly.
