Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will work with customers in person, provide tax preparation and advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll build relationships, deliver a superior customer experience, and represent TurboTax in the community, while adhering to Intuit policies and wearing the TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and public face of TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person.
