Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing full tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers. You will grow the local client base, establish lasting relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
