Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team, serving on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S. as trusted tax advisors and community ambassadors.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing TurboTax clientele and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the US for a minimum of 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client-focused service, both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
