Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advisory services, and software support to individual and small business clients, while helping them achieve favorable financial outcomes.

You’ll grow the TurboTax client base in your community, engage prospects, and deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax-prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays‑Saturdays, for ≥20 hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Recognize opportunities to maximize deductions and minimize taxes.
• Deliver personalized tax guidance in everyday language.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local client base.
• Represent TurboTax professionally in-store and in marketing initiatives.
