You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and product support, while growing local client bases and delivering a top-tier customer experience. The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and a willingness to work in a retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per tax season.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
