Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will assist customers with tax returns, provide expert tax advice, and leverage marketing support to grow your local client base.

The role emphasizes in-person service, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to company policies and tax regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted tax license or credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Experience filing federal and state returns using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Educate clients and build long-term relationships in-store.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in marketing efforts.
