Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support, while growing your local client base and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

We value active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorneys), PTIN, and 3+ years of tax return experience. You will engage with the community, wear a TurboTax uniform, and work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week, Sundays included.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and regionally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients.
