Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, while helping to grow the local client base and community presence.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, social outreach, and a customer-centric approach, with a dynamic team and access to TurboTax resources to support a thriving local business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships with clients and the community.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and assist customers with tax-related questions using Intuit tools.
