Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations while building local relationships.

This non-exempt role requires on-site presence and a minimum of 3 years of tax filing experience, with active PTIN/EA/CPA/attorney licensing preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers onsite.
• Build local relationships and grow the client base in the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and utilize TurboTax resources to maximize refunds.
