Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with a team of financial specialists and help clients understand their complete financial picture using Intuit tools.

The role emphasizes local community engagement, in-person and virtual client support, and building lasting client relationships through cross‑selling Intuit services. It is a nonexempt onsite position.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
