Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location.

The role emphasizes on-site client meetings, tax preparation, and delivering end-to-end Intuit services to individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with tax professionals and specialists to understand each client’s full financial picture, build relationships, and drive local market growth through outreach and events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a new local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address needs.
