Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, helping clients navigate personal and business tax needs in a trusted, community-focused role. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, collaborate with tax specialists, and connect customers to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years processing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00 local time; at least 20 hours/week.
• Commitment to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
