Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, preparation, and software support, while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and connect customers with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill to additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist in business tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning alongside specialists.
• Build local client base and relationships through outreach and events.
