Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving personal and business clients while collaborating with tax specialists to deliver year-round, end-to-end support.

You’ll act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, and connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
