Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prep taxes, advise customers, and support local client growth in a front-facing role.

You’ll work on-site, represent TurboTax in the community, and help build long-term client relationships while delivering accurate tax solutions and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
