Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Retail Expert roles at our on-site TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and in-person service to clients, while growing a local client base and representing TurboTax in the community. The position requires on-site presence, robust tax knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays-Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

• Represent TurboTax locally, serving as a public face in the community
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships
